The Super Eagles of Nigeria ended their run in the AFCON 2019 yesterday with a bronze medal.
Nigerian Striker Odion Igalo secured the third-place position for Nigeria at the AFCON 2019 with his third-minute goal against Tunisia yesterday. He is currently the highest goal scorer in the tournament and might just get the golden boot Medal.
The Super Eagles lost to Algeria in the Semifinals and so had to play Tunisia for third place. The Super Eagles of Nigeria beat Tunisia 1-0 at the Al Salam Stadium in Cairo, Egypt. This sealed the bronze medal of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations. The team celebrated their win after they received their medals.
This is the eight bronze medal for Nigeria in the Africa Cup of Nations.

Senegal and Algeria will battle for the gold medal tomorrow by 8 pm.
