Nollywood foremost Guild and the apex directing body in Nollywood through the Acting National Secretary, Mr. Uche Agbo informed our team at NOLLYWOOD INSIDER that they are billed to have a 3day Convention at Abeokuta, Ogun State, from 11th to 13th April 2018.
We decided to do an online survey and we were met with dozens of endorsements from different quarters and stakeholders who are gearing up to hit Ogun State. The event is billed to have Entertainers play against the Governor’s Team. We also learnt that the industry delegates will be touring the major historical sites in the state. The guild will also use the same period to hold its national elections which we heard has the current president, Mr. Fred Amata as the an unopposed candidate to the presidency.
