Kevin Hart has fully returned to Instagram to celebrate Halloween after opening up for the first time about his near-fatal car accident.
In honor of the costume-themed ceremony, the American actor and comedian shared a hilarious photo and video of himself rocking a black turtleneck sweater, silver chain, black fanny pack and denim jeans that his friend and co-star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson famously rocked in the ’90s.
“I killed it with my Halloween costume this year…. @therock had the nerve to get an attitude with me, he wrote in his caption.
This is really good news because the past few months haven’t been the best for Kevin. Kevin Hart has shared an emotional video, detailing his recovery process after he nearly died in a car crash in September.
Hart, who reportedly fractured his spine in three places in the crash, shared the footage of his rehab process on his Instagram page, often surrounded by friends and family.
In the footage, Kevin Hart said: “When God talks, you got to listen, in this case, I honestly feel like God told me to sit down. You know, you’re moving too fast, you’re doing too much sometimes you can’t see the things you’re meant to see. Some of the craziest things that happen to you end up being the things that you needed the most. And in this case, I honestly feel like God basically told me to sit down.”
In the September 1 crash, Jared Black was driving Hart’s 1970 Plymouth Barracuda in Los Angeles when he accelerated into a turn on Mulholland Highway and lost control of the car, the California Highway Patrol said.
