Netflix honors creatives in Africa with the Made in Africa collection of Films.

The streamer would celebrate the emergence of films in Africa with documentaries, feature films, and shows that are made for Africa and Made by Africans. This is in their quest to celebrate Africa Month this May.
The collection for Netflix Made in Africa is made available at netflix.com/madeinafrica.
It is indeed an exciting month all round for the film and cinema scene. Earlier, Netflix announced that it was making their Documentaries Free on YouTube and YouTube announced the We Are One Free Digital Film Festival coming this May
The collection has an exciting blend of films and African originals. It includes over 100 titles including African series, films, and documentaries. Queen Sono premiered in February and Blood and Water will premier this month.

Other films and series in the collection include Jerusalema, King of Boys, Lionheart, Mokalik, Tsotsi, Uncovered, The Wedding Party, Tjovitjo, Castle and Castle, The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind, Azali, Potato Potahto and Joy among others.
Clearly, Nigeria has a sizeable number of films in the Netflix Made in Africa line-up; Merry Men, Chief Daddy, 93 days, included.
