It’s with great shock that the news of the demise of popular female actor Aisha Abimbola was received, by family, friends and fans.The actress died in a Canadian hospital two days ago after battling with breast cancer.The actress who was known for her role as Sade in 2001 movie “Omoge Campus” was 46 years old and an alumni of Lagos state polytechnic. She started her acting career on the stable of Wale Adenuga Productions.
The beautiful actress who also featured in Tv series such as “Papa Ajasco” and “So wrong So Right” has lots of movies to her credit especially in the Yoruba genre.She was once married to fellow colleague Victor Ibrahim and was a proud mother of two.May her soul rest in peace.
