Veteran Nollywood actor, Richard Mofe-Damijo popularly known as RMD has given his opinion on polygamy.
In a recent interview with Isbeau on ‘Curiosity makes me ask’, RMD stated that it’s unfair for a man to be married to just one woman.
RMD said his father was married to five wives, so he declared his support for polygamy in marriages.
Bea U Barbie, the host asked him a question: “You are married to only one woman. Do you think that is fair? Do you have an idea of how many women who want you?”
RMD replied, “I don’t but I think it is unfair to be married to just one woman. My father had five wives.”
RMD lost his wife in 1996, and he later remarried Television personality Jumobi Adegbesan.
