The Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival (TINFF) which held in Toronto Canada during the weekend saw creative excellence being recognized and rewarded.
One movie that was on spotlight was “The Island”, a yet to be premiered film which bagged 10 nominations. Of which, Segun Arinze won best supporting actor for his role in the movie.
Bbnaija 2017 finalist T.boss, also got her first ever nomination for best actress in the movie too, but she lost it to Beverly Naya for the movie ‘Demon inside’.
Judith Audu also got an award for best supporting actress for her role in Unfinished business.
