Popular Afrobeat artist, Adeleke David popularly known as Davido has bowed that he will protect another female musician, Tiwa Savage from any kind of harm.
Tiwa Savage wrote a petition against Davido last year, as regards a threat to her life.
The exchange that led to the petition was because Tiwa Savage posted Davido’s first baby mama, Sophia Momodu.
All this led to a lot of controversies but later died down.
While in a recent interview with ‘The Breakfast Club’ Podcast, Davido made it public that he will protect Tiwa Savage at all costs, claiming she’s a ‘sister for life’.
In Davido’s words, “We used to stay in the same house. The situation with Tiwa Savage was personal because she was a good friend to Sophia.
“Tiwa Savage is my sister for life, but she changed the game for females. We are family, and I love her and her child. It’s just like a brother and sister fight. She did reach out. I will never allow anything to happen to her.”
